Full-Time role at Credence Physio – Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation, HSR Layout, Bengaluru. Reports to Clinic Management / Clinical Director.
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Lead Physiotherapist to own clinical quality and day-to-day functioning of the physiotherapy team, working closely with associated doctors to deliver professional, evidence-based and compassionate care with measurable recovery outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Comprehensive assessment of new patients, review of referring doctor diagnosis, functional goal setting and individualized rehab plans.
Define treatment protocol, frequency, duration and milestones; allocate patients to suitable physiotherapists ensuring continuity of care.
Supervise treatment progress, modify plans as needed and personally manage complex cases.
Lead, mentor and support the physio team via case reviews, clinical discussions and training; monitor quality, documentation, punctuality and professionalism.
Coordinate with associated Orthopaedic, Pediatric and other consultants; share timely progress updates.
Own patient relationship from assessment to discharge, explain plan and recovery timeline, follow up on missed sessions and ensure proper closure with home exercise advice.
Oversee clinic operations: appointments, scheduling, patient flow, equipment use and homecare allocation.
Ensure accurate session/package records, coordinate payment collection and pending follow-ups.
Monitor revenue, footfall, assessment-to-treatment and package conversions, retention and repeat visits; drive improvement initiatives.
Collect feedback, encourage Google reviews/testimonials, resolve concerns quickly; maintain records, hygiene and clinical standards.
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy (Masters preferred).
Minimum 2 years clinical experience, preferably in Ortho / Musculoskeletal / Sports rehab with team leadership exposure.
Strong assessment, treatment planning, communication and patient counselling skills.
Ability to lead a team, coordinate with doctors and manage clinic operations and revenue metrics.
